Just days after Doctor Kei and his housemates welcomed everyone at his open house, there has been a mass exodus from the doctor's home. Townsfolk witnessed Caitlin and Matilda being escorted to the boarding house by the Sheriff, carrying some of their things and looking none-to-happy to be leaving the Chinaman's house. Word has it that Irving, the other woman staying there, left the house even earlier.
"So what happened?" wonders one of the miners chatting at the saloon.
"Hanged if I know," answers another, "But it's about damn time someone got those womenfolk out of that house."
