Christopher Quintan makes a point of making people aware he's calling for top-notch lawyers and accountants from the East to assist his transfer of his father's estate to his with little or no issues. "Money is not the issue," one local mouth-piece is heard to say. Of which, Christopher merely shrugs and says nothing. When pressed, he smiles, his best feature forward, and admits, "My father's death isn't as done as local law would like to think."
