Word spreads pretty quickly that the sheriff upon coming back hunting for the missing boy Marcel dropped off a body, went into his office and came out with a set of saddlebags filled with extra ammunition and gear. The man looked angry as hell, and didn't really speak to anyone beyond what was necessary. Walking up and down the street he began to solicit folks for a search party, and was last seen talking quietly with his deputy. He made his way out of town, heading over Pein's Hill before being seen heading north towards the mines. The mutters are starting that he had raised a search party to search an area near the mines, and he himself was heading further out to guide their efforts.
