"The Chinaman's got a /wife/ now? Lordy, how many wimmin does that man need?" Perhaps there's a note of jealousy in the farmer's tone, as he sits at the saloon. "Turns out she came all the way from China. Doctor Kei took one look at her and weren't none too pleased by the idea. They jabbered on in their language for a bit - arguing right out in front of the Post Office. I saw the whole thing." That's not what I heard," counters another farmer, sipping his whiskey. "I heard she's his cousin, and she's working for him." Amidst snickers, he clarifies, "Something with herbs." Wife, or cousin? One thing's for sure, there's another woman come through the revolving doors of Doctor Kei's home. And word is she brought trunkloads of luggage with her. Looks like she's planning to stay awhile.
